People in Cartwright selling homes to People that they don't own they got me 34000.00 According to the DA it's a civil matter not a criminal matter or fraud. Just because we don't pay 2000.00 a year property taxes We are human beings and have rights. I'm Disabled veteran and it looks like I'm going back on the streets. The justice system here is unfair and a embarrassing. I would give them 0 stars if I could. It's unbelievable
