Rude & unreasonable.

These people have been harassing us trying to get in touch with some lady for a long time. Came by our house and we told them she doesn’t live here and she nearly wanted to argue with us. We constantly get letters till this day.

Good experience

No one wants to be in a situation where they have to deal with a debt collection attorney, but the pandemic didn't really care what we wanted in any part of our lives. I will say that Everett has been very easy to deal with and has helped make this unfortunate processes a bit easier to get through. If you treat people with respect and grace they will return the kindness. Life sometimes takes an unexpected turn and it's how you deal with the changes that make all the difference. Keep your head held high and know you will get through this. ❤️

Called this place this a.m. as I had a court date. Being sued. They gave me a re!sonable payment plan and most cordial..+

If you have the pleasure of having to work with this company, make sure and Lawyer up. You will be glad that you did.

Unethical,lying,thiefs,that will do or say anything to make a buck,if you have any dealing with this firm,you better lawyer up?

They have one goal- - to ruin lives!!! My experience with this company has been traumatizing. After today, I’m in the process of filing a counter suit against them. It’s understandable that they have a job to do, they are debt collectors. They are really just out for that, the debt owed. However, when people are interested in settling, and making steps to do so, they really don’t care. They will take your last dollar, put you in further debt, just to get what’s left of you. They will garnish down to the last dollar in your account without notification and despite attempts at resolution. If you can an avoid dealing with Stephen Bruce and Associates, do so. They don’t try to settle debts, they’ll ruin you!! There is a lot that is unethical about their approach and that’s what my lawyer will address.
