Sometimes it is hard to get a response from attorneys. Doug responded to me immediately, even while traveling overseas with his family. His response was thoughtful and thorough, not dismissive or arrogant. I don't mean to set unrealistic expectations for others interested in contacting his office, but I was surprised at his responsiveness, despite the fact that he will likely not make any money from my case.

Derek Franseen and his staff were incredible to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful every step of the way during our accident case.
