Unhelpful! Inconsiderate! Rude! Asks question doesnt want to hear answer! Thinks knows everything and knows nothing! I would never hire/pay for their representation unless you want to lose money!!!! Kindness and courtesy goes a long way. Caring about your client should be important!!!

I am still in the process of closing my case, but the firm (specifically Lauren Hunaish) who was my point of contact has been more than helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had during the process.
