She was my attorney years ago, and I can confidently say she will fight for you! She was responsive and dedicated to delivering the results you expect.

My husband and I hired her for a support case against his ex. Hard to get a hold of, very expensive especially for someone who doesn’t take the time to talk to you about your case, doesn’t follow through the way she said she will., I would recommend talking to other lawyers in town. She only left us feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Luwana was able to help me prep for my case and got what I wanted on the temporary order by using facts rather than hearsay and did not judge me in anyway. Me and my daughters thank you .

Absolutely unprofessional. Called for my consultation and the assistant told me ok stay by your phone she will call you in a min. Ok. I wait 15-20 mins nothing so I call back and she was rude. But told me she’s finishing up a call and will call you just be patient. Ok fine. Here we are 4 DAYS! Later and still no call. I made time to have this appointment and got nothing!

I didn't want to come on here in do this but i am just so disappointed. The lawyer didn't have to do much on the case. I really have nothing bad to say about luanna john. Its her secretary that I am having issues with. I was told by the court house I could pick up my final decree at the lawyers office. But I cant get past her secretary!!! Last week she was very rude to me when saying No the very first time I called without even hearing what I was asking for. Than I have had nothing but bull since. From leaving me on hold to not answering the phone completely what should be 5 stars is now 2 because of the secretary . She really needs bedside manors!!

I wouldn’t want to use any other attorney.. Great customer service and a woman of her words .. Andrea her secretary the best very sweet and she be on it ..not to mention I’ve always felt respected no matter whom answered the phone very friendly Thanks for everything

Don't answer the phone and didn't fill my order proper December 24, 2029

Got my taxes filed yesterday. No charge if your income is limited. The people who work/volunteer here are wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, respectfuland very helpful..
