Toni Capra shared confidential photos and information from a COS case. She was drunk or high at a cookout in Medicine Park when she opened her phone and shared with the group confidential information. The child was a teen and had malnutrition, the father was trying to get the child.

I hired Toni in April 2022 to represent me in a divorce and custody case. I walked away with nothing (my choice)and it still took her till November to get me divorced and till March before in was finial and i got my decree. In that time she barely returned phone calls or emails. I took off work to show up for a court date that had been moved. Which she nor her assistant told me about. She had no less than 6 assistants in the 10 month period she represented me. She was always rude, careless and unhelpful to giving me any information regarding my case. I originally gave her $4,000.00 to start. She billed me 80$ for 5 minute phone calls. On top of other countless services that were never rendered or completely unnecessary. i continued to pay her on the additional 3,000.00 + she said i owed her to continue with a motion to modify child support after the divorce was final. Some how filing one motion warranted a bill that large. Then in April she stopped answering my calls and emails all together. In May i finally got an email response after many many failed attempts to reach her only to say she once again had no assistant. Then I received a letter at the end of last month saying she was dropping me for non payment. Like payment for what? She did nothing beyond be a legal go between for my case. Do not hire this woman. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t let this woman represent for free.

Toni is the best, I have delt with a few Lawyers and i can say she is awesome i would recommend her if you want a good chance of winning. She is strict so if you cant handle the truth then go somewhere else. She will stand by your side as long as you do what you are supposed to be doing.

Our experience with her was outstanding. We truly admired her dedication to her clients and keeping us informed through out the project. She brought clear and measurable value to the process with great results. (I question some of the negative reviews made here)

This lady is a unprofessional.. She had no knowledge of the situation.. I had made a complaint about the city of medicine park to OAG & she made false statements about my husbands ability to work.. Little did she know my husband is and has been my caretaker for the past 5+ years! She also demanded I remove a Facebook page simply because she didn’t like what I had to say.. She also made other false statements but I will be pointing that out to OAG!! This concludes my review!!!

Lies, rude, and very unprofessional

Toni is an exceptional and formidable advocate. She is also a highly skilled and talented mediator. I highly recommend her.

First off my experience with this lawfirm was horrible, unprofessional, lack of communication. I would not recommend this place to Anyone.... We hired Toni to take our case and in the beginning she made me and my fiance believe she would fight for us . definitely did the opposite after we paid her half the payment which she agreed to. But let's just say, we weren't informed about our final hearing till the day of our hearing. Which let me specify we leave live out of state. But she was rude, didn't fight for us at all, profiled us even when we explained everything to her from the get go. So she caused us to lose our Chance's of winning our case... overall worse law firm ever...
