“Their record keeping is poor. Clay assured me that information filed during a divorce would be the same but it wasn't. They never contact you to inform you of anything.”

“I went for consultation was being abused by my husband. Clay's response " And what did you do ? " " No compassion , not professional. I walked out . Unprofessional, rude . No compassion. Run .....”

Slow and inefficient case handling
“Took them until May to get the papers to me and they still haven't been brought to the judge to sign and it is now June. They are slow moving and damn near nonresponsive in what really could and should have been an open and shut case.”
