I’ve been represented by Dillon Pratt for several years now. I hired him on as my attorney while going through a custody battle. He did very well and got everything that I needed and wanted done. About a month later, I got into some legal issues. Dillon and Breckon both picked up my case. They work together for over a year, Got some bullshit charges dropped! Also, turned my suspended sentence to a deferred ! Very pleased!!! One thing about their law office is that they’ll stand up, when nobody else will! We have right, No matter if you’re ex convict, You have a background, Or if your first timer, they will fight for your right and what is right!!! OH! I forgot to mention. They’re more than willing to help/work with you with payments on lawyer fees. THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏼

On October 15, 2024, Attorney Brecken Wagner from Wagner & Lynch P.L.L.C. secured the dismissal of my son's criminal case. The Oklahoma Criminal Courts of Appeal denied a petition from the Pittsburg County DA’s Office, which tried to overturn the dismissal due to prosecutorial misconduct. My son has been incarcerated for over six years, far longer than expected. The DA's office retaliated by filing a prohibition petition against the Judge. Brecken’s diligent efforts exposed their misconduct, leading to the dismissal of two charges before trial. His fearless advocacy, along with Judge Hogan’s honorable ruling dismissing all charges, restored my faith in justice.
