I can’t say enough great things about Blake and his assistant Holly. I had to hire another attorney smack in the middle of my custody case right after a Temporary Order had been filed. I looked high and low for as attorney I was confident that could go up again my ex’s attorney, and Blake seemed like the perfect fit. Blake took on the job and after that the case went completely silent for 2 years and a few months. Blake or an assistant always were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had in that 2 year break. Then once my ex decided he was going to move out of state, Holly worked extremely hard and staying in phenomenal contact with me for 6 MONTHS while my ex was being more than difficult when it came to signing a final order. Props to the both of them, and I couldn’t be anymore thankful for the two of them. Never had to fight a day in court because of these two! Thank you guys so much for working so hard for me! I will never be able to repay y’all!

We had an emergency need for an attorney for an out of state issue. Had a family member on vacation and an issue came up. I contacted Mr.Wagner and he responded, outside of business hours too, and promptly started helping. He was able to connect me with someone in another state that understood the need and immediately started working to help. It’s stressful enough when you need help out of state for an issue, but his kindness and willingness to help helped relieve the pressure of that. I would recommend this firm to anyone that needs assistance. Even when it was outside of the jurisdiction , he still helped. I can’t say thank you enough.

Brecken Wagner is absolutely amazing! I called his office to set up a free consult to see what direction I needed to go and he got the whole thing settled for me, very quickly and achieved exactly what I was needing! McAlester Police Department came into my house and and arrested me for something I didn't have anything to do with. I refused to talk to them so they busted in my door, and drug me out throwing me on my car. They took me to jail. I called Wagner & Lynch and met with Brecken. Luckily not only because I had video around my house, but also body cam footage showed everything they did. Brecken seen the video and immediately agreed they violated my rights. We went to court, the video was shown to the DA and immediately all charges were dropped. Brecken said we could take it a step further if I chose, and Sue the City of McAlester for violation of my rights. We did just that and the city KNOWING what had happened to me was wrong, settled out of court. Thank you Mr Wagner for your work on my case. They may never apologize or have any disciplinary actions, but this settlement proves that what they did was wrong, and how some officers take it in their own hands and violate peoples rights. If you have these problems, I highly recommend Brecken and the great lawyers and staff at Wagner And Lynch!

I had several questions about being a single mom and what would happen to my little one if I were to pass. I wondered if I needed to create a living will or any form of legal paperwork to protect my son. Mr. Wagner sat me down and explained everything in full detail about what would help and what would be a waste of my time.
