I was in a real mess I had creditors literally hammering on my door because I had not worked for over 2 years due to work injury the case regarding that took about 5 years to complete but that was another attorney and I was trying to get social security disability and had been turned turn on every appeal my last one would be to go infront of a social security judge so he could decide if I was eligible. My attorney was fabulous I don't remember her name but believe her last name was Forbes a very attractive women tall and with alot of grace she went right back to my childhood when I got injuries and I had alot of them,she noted everything that happened to me regarding accidents when we went to court she had a good rapport with the judge. I do however believe that had nothing to do with the judges decision when he listen to the social security counsel and then asked the social security worker what she believed I could do to earn a living and she said only thing I could do was to be a machinist because I would be sitting down all day here we have a problem I cannot sit down that long and cannot stand up the same, seemed the Judge was some what aggravated about the possible work S.S. could suggest having stopped me from getting any money by way of income. All in all I was thrilled at the result she got for me she did bring up all my past injuries including work injuries and did an absolutely fabulous job all around.
