I had a concrete contractor replace a drive way. I paid him in full and got a paid invoice. A year later I get served by the concrete company for failure to pay. (my contractor did not pay them). I came to Neelam gave him copies of the paid invoice and copy of the service papers. I got a few updates as time past. Then he said it is all done and gave me the documents to verify it.
