I hired Mr.jones a little over a month ago, Any and almost all communications between me an the law office were initiated by me an even then I had to call 4 or 5 times . When I eventually did get ahold of someone Mr.Jones was never in the office. It was either vacation or sick or just not there. So I eventually decided to ask for a refund and a itemized Receipt cuz they were going to charge me for "The work done " which was a 3 page contract that was literally just copy and paste with my name on it. They only sent me that after I called for 3 days straight after waiting 3 weeks for a phone call. , I asked them to send me a email of an itemized Receipt for what they charged me for because I work out of town an wouldn't be home to see it or even cash the check that came with it. Mrs. Jones got very rude when I kept asking for the receipt to be emailed to me so if I have any questions about what I'm being charged for I could ask that day. She was acted as if I was asking her to do something for free. As if she wanted me to pay her for a Erecipt that Home Depot sends you for free when you check out at the counter. I can not say if this how it is for everyone who hires them but I was very disappointed In the service I received if that's what you would call it. Someone with that temperament should not be the voice of a business in my opinion. Negative 5 stars 🌟

Robin Nash , you do not pay my salary. You are not a client and therefore I do not need to release any information about a client to you. Apparently you do not remember how the attorney client privilege works. I am pretty sure that Mr. Jones has also told you previously that he would not release the information to you either. So you have no right to leave a review for a business that doesn't represent you. Miss former legal assistant.

I have called the office twice now. I needed to talk to Mr Jones about a personal matter. The secretary there was very rude to me when I told her it was personal. She wanted more information so I stated it was concerning an adoption. I did not receive a call so after a few days I called back. Rude secretary answered the phone after me calling two times in a row with 1st time no answer, 2nd time after it ran enough times that I was fixing to hang up. She again answered rudley. She kept being rude througbt the whole conversation and ended up telling me this message will go in the trash also. She then went on to tell me how rude I was when in fact she was the one being rude from the get go. I use to work for an atty many years and since when does someone give the secretary information like "personal" or "adoption" and that not be enough to pass on to atty.? I would not be paying her for services. It is called attny client for some reason!!! This lady needs a course on PR asap. She is rude and cares nothing about her job. I think she has forgotten who actually pays her salary.
