Potential issues with communication and availability
“I don't know if our case fell through the cracks or if they are to busy to bother with us. My fiancé and I called multiple times about setting a consultation for an appeal. We spoke to two separate people and was told we would be contacted shortly about our case and after multiple calls and three weeks we have yet to hear anything or be seen.”

Concerns about billing practices and transparency
“This "attorney" originally told me $750 in a total to take the entire case. Then he told me that he charges more for a trial. It says he's a trial attorney. Once I told him that he told me that he was gonna take the case for $750 and that we had signed a contract; he withdrew from my case. I've never heard of that. It sounds illegal. He didn't refund my money either.”
