I called seeking help for VA assistance. Spoke to the front desk and was told I was already 100% they couldn’t do anything. I tried to tell them the VA is making me do more appointments and could they just look at it and give me advice or what to do. They wouldn’t even look at it. The reason, I believe, is no money in it for them. They could have cheated me an hours worth of time to point me in a direction. If a veteran I WOULDN’T USE THEM.
