Mr. Houston is AMAZING! He actually cares about you, takes time to talk to you and answers any questions you have. He gives his honest advice and helps however he can. He’s helped me find some calm in a stressful situation and I’ll always be grateful for that. Extremely knowledgeable and his office staff are friendly and professional. If you’re needing legal counsel seriously see or call him. You won’t regret it.

I was sued by a collection agency for a 10 year old bill. The original bill was less than 8k. 10 years of interest from the collection agency topped 15k. Talked to Sam directly & he told me to get a loan for 4k to pay off the bill, $500 for TTS&B & that would be it even if we had to go to court. He said not to worry because they handle this sort of thing all the time. The case was passed to Ben Houston, a partner, who took my $500, called the opposing attorney, then told me, "They're playing hardball & want the full amount." Mr. Houston also told me he could file a bankruptcy for me for an additional $2500. Now my wages are garnished over $600 a month for 2 years plus I'm paying off a 4k loan. I don't recommend using this law firm.

Sam Talley is so brilliantly smart, dedicated, and quick to respond. Truly makes you feel like your case is the most important thing at that moment. Office staff is sweet and very welcoming. Everyone involved is very knowledgeable and helpful to your needs at that time.
