Bailey & Poarch has been our go to lawyers since 2015. Their firm has always satisfied our needs.

I haven’t personally met Judge Stanley, yet. I’ve heard nothing but great things about her.. I have spoken with her secretary several times, she never returns phone calls, and when you finally do get her to answer the phone she’s rude and very uncaring. My sister and I both called this office for months . Thank God I just happen to know someone who is a paralegal for a different law office. She had what I was trying to get for months the same day. If you don’t like your job or dealing with the public get a new one

Can't remember

I cannot recommend Mr. Tontz and his law firm enough to you. Top notch legal services across the board. I would leave a 10-Star review here if I could. My family and I came to Mr. Tontz approximately one year ago with a tough probate case. Long story short, my grandfather's will had a clear intent when he passed away but there was a legal loophole that allowed a family member to try to claim everything for themselves. At first we didn't think we had a case but he took the time to research all of the facts and found a way to make a case for us. In the end, Mr. Tontz delivered everything that was promised to us initially in our grandfather's will. I know that we weren't Mr. Tontz's only clients at the time but I couldn't tell a difference. He always made time to speak to me and my siblings either over the phone, email, or in person. My family is forever grateful for his efforts and professionalism in helping us through a difficult time.

We used David Poarch for my families trust and he was beyond helpful and continues to be helpful even after the fact. We also used Lindsay Bailey for our probate case and he basically did it all without much help from me. I’ve been very pleased and will continue to use them.

Mr. Tontz is an excellent attorney. He helped me with the probate of a family estate and I found his communication easy, prompt, and forthright. All the court tasks were accomplished in a timely manner and his fees were reasonable compared to my experience elsewhere. He would be my first choice, if I need an attorney again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
