I have hired Richie in the past for custody issues and the outcome was good. I felt very taken care of. Here I am again, dealing with custody issues with my 15 year old daughter, after my ex abandoned our other daughter at the age of 16, because he just couldn't handle her. Now he wants full custody of my baby. Richie is very understanding and thorough. His assistant, Rachel, is super sweet and has walked me through the discovery process this time. I'm very thankful for her and her understanding my difficulty in answering some of the questions and helping me find answers. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I'd call Richie! Thank you guys so much for your help ❤️

Highly recommended. They don’t back down and stand up for what is right. I had been fighting a issue with in family law for 3 years. Once I found them we only had to go to court once and it was finished in my favor. So thankful for them. Grant has amazing insight and common since when dealing with court issues and doesn’t back down. He knows the Law well. Thank you.

My issue wasn't with Mr. Smalley, but with Grant Reynolds out of this office. Basically all he did was show up and let all those around him run the show. I gave him what I wanted out of the divorce, but instead of fighting for me, he told me what he hoped would happen, and then let the mediator bully me into what was decided on. She told me that if I went for what I wanted in court, I would lose, and she would get custody because, "She lives with mom and dad, and I just live with a baby momma." I also constantly had to call him and remind him to do his job, which he charged me for almost every time. Between this, and the other reviews, it would be best to find a different lawfirm to represent you, as this one will work FOR your opponent. They don't seem to like conflict and will look for the easiest solution.

Where do I start??? This has to be hands down one of the worst Attorney offices on the history of the world. From the super rude female who isn't friendly at all. To the sketchy billing practices. This Attorney had a full account of what my now ex wife was going to use against us in court. And instead of getting a discovery in place for the first court date allowed me to have $750 in alimony ruled against me for a woman who has more than $500,000 in retirement funds and was living in our family home that is paid for. He also allowed the email game to keep going charging me for emails where I had already provided him the information on numerous occasions previously. He milked my entire trust dry on emails alone over 8 months. His only response when I questioned his representation was you're the one who married her??? There's so much to put down on the awful things allowed here that there isn't enough time or space to cover it all. I walked in his office and gave him every bit of the necessary information to make this a quick closed case and him and the opposing attorney milked the case. I had a court order to pickup my belongings and a list of items I was allowed to pickup, rented a truck to show up to the house and be told that I couldn't take anything, it took 6 months for me to get my child and my clothes. It was so awful that my daughter moved out of our tiny stinky apartment because she couldn't see me go through the emotional train wreck this office allowed in a case that only had property and personal items be drug out over 8 months even with me willing to allow her to have the home and 95% of the contents. Do your self a favor and find another office, this one is obviously only out to take advantage of its clients.

Mr. Smalley is a Horrible attorney with no organizational skills. He does not return phone calls nor does he respond to your e-mails. He will take your retainer and then ignore your case and you. The absolute worst attorney I have ever encountered.
