Tyler is great!! I needed an atty to help with my parent's small estate & trust. He was very knowlegable with the language of their out-of-state trust and wasted no time getting the small estate through probate and further assisting me with the admistration duties. My wife and I met with Tyler to transfer our legal documents from Arizona law to Oklahoma including Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorneys, property transfer and health Advanced Directives. My wife and I went to Tyler Barrett to have our estate planning documents prepared. Tyler was very thorough; set up all the necessary documents and carefully went over them to make sure the plan met our needs. Just recently we had to make a revision to set up special handling for some inherited property and, again, he was very thorough, and after presenting a couple options drew up the documents to implement exactly what we needed. Cost was reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Our family has used Tyler for our estate planning. He was able to include multiple different aspects including real estate in LLC's and well as power of attorney for our kids and more. We also use his yearly service to check in our on stuff to re-look at any potential changes. I recommend him for anyone wanting to make sure they have a plan in place to take care of those important to you after you cannot.

Tyler is a very knowledgeable and dedicated attorney who did a great job helping us with our estate planning. He was also willing to meet with us on our schedule, which was sometimes after hours or on the weekends, and has very reasonable fees. Highly recommend.
