I had Tyler redo my will. He was very thorough and update on all the new laws. Only took a couple days to get the revised document back for review. Very reasonable on prices too!

When I decide it was time to get my estate planning prepared I met with Tyler Barrett. He explained in detail the differences between a Will and a Living Trust to me. I chose to do a Living Trust. We needed to meet several times to complete the trust and through out the process Mr. Barrett was professional, covered every detail, courteous, and always put me at ease. He prepared an organized, detailed and easy to follow binder of all the details of the living trust for me. I know when the time comes it will be so helpful for my family to find any and all the information and papers needed to take care of my final business. I am extremely pleased with the final product and look forward to having Mr. Barret as my trust attorney.

One of my brothers, who lived in the Norman area, passed away in 2015. We, another brother and I, were referred to Mr. Barrett, and stopped in to his office without an appointment. He was able to meet with us and despite not having time to prepare for us, was gracious enough to discuss how we could settle probate for our deceased brother. My brother died without a will; I was established as the personal representative for his estate. Even though I live in California, Mr. Barrett assured us that he could manage the process effectively. Throughout the process, I was impressed with Mr. Barrett's calm manner, knowledge, as well as, his detailed and clear communication. Probate is a lengthy process and it was comforting to know I could count on quickly being able to talk with Mr. Barrett about any matters that arose. His advice and counsel was extremely beneficial during many stages of the proceedings including not only probate court matters, but also, the short-sale of my brother's house. I felt like I was in very competent hands the entire way. I highly recommend Mr. Tyler Barrett for anyone needing help with probate matters.

My father was a resident of Oklahoma and passed away leaving me as executor of his estate. His estate was required to go through the probate courts and I am not a resident of Oklahoma. While doing a search of probate attorney's in Oklahoma City, I found a listing for Mr. Barrett and contacted him. I set up an appointment and was greatly impressed with his professional manner and knowledge of the probate courts and procedures I would need to follow. I made the decision to retain him and it was a decision I will never regret. I was able to return to my home in another state and Mr. Barrett completed the probate proceedings in my absence and coordinated mailings to me and my sister who reside in the US and my brother who resides outside the US. While having an estate go through probate can be challenging, Mr. Barrett was able to make the experience manageable...something I greatly appreciated after the loss of my father.
