Slow progress on some cases and lack of communication
“For over a year, I have felt that Bob Brown gave me the run around. Never got anywhere except for the fact that I lost out on $300 to get DBQ's. I never felt that he did anything on my case but to help me file twice….very disappointed!”

Long and frustrating process, but more due to VA bureaucracy than the law firm
“The process is very long and can be frustrating BUT that is more so due to the bureaucracy of the VA and NOT Tommy Klepper and Associates.”
