I will start by saying I am 1000% positive my son’s situation was probably one of the easier cases he has taken on. But, for an extremely stressed momma and worried sick young man Shelby Shelton put both of our minds at ease. Shelby took on our case without hesitation and went straight to work. He walked us through every step and told us what to do and how to react to every possible situation and for two people who have never been in any situation where we needed an attorney that was VERY reassuring! Again I know we had a very small case compared to others but I am forever grateful for his help and he has earned my business for life and I will recommend his services to anyone thats looking for council. Thank you again sir! We appreciate you so much!

It was an incredibly unprofessional experience for us, after the 3rd claim to file what we needed and asking them for a simple yes or no if it was filed we fired them when they said no, and went with a new attorney, if you need someone to do exactly what they say when they say they will do it, call Kimberly Murray, but I would not recommend him at all..... Then they had the nerve to send me a bill after having to admit for the 3rd time they hadn't done what I had paid them to do....

Shelby has been great from day 1! A true Pit, never backs down from a fight! I highly recommend him for any tough charges. Easy to work with, costs are reasonable and worth every penny! Thank you, Shelby and his team!

Shelby is not only an excellent attorney but also an ethical one. I had a DUI charge and he got it down to a traffic ticket. By doing so Shelby saved my career, my future and all that I’ve worked hard for. I was innocent but unfortunately the system doesn’t care about your innocence when you have a past like mine. Shelby did not let me plea to something just to get paid and get it over with.. Shelby took his responsibility to me seriously and worked hard talking to both the DA and judge about my case. I would have no job without his representation. I would have wasted all the time and money I’ve spent on my higher education if I’d been found guilty. I have regained my faith in humanity after this (kinda). I promise, you will not regret using him plus his prices are reasonable and we worked out a payment plan. He is one of the few good guys. Thank god my friend referred me to him.
