Hosty is the best defender. He has everything in control.

I m a out of state truck driver(NJ) and I was ticketed on Turnpike few weeks ago that turned out to be a big deal for my license.Thank God luckily I was able to find Mr Hostys law office since I've lived more than 1300 miles from Oklahoma city. 3 days after the I've send my info & copy of my citation my ticket was dismissed and nothing on my license and their price was very decent compare to other 4 law firm I've talked to before. Thomas Hosty is the most caring attorney I've encountered in a long time he was very quick to call me back..even though his practice is primarily in Oklahoma he was very concerned about my son's case and was there to refere me to his nation wide law firms and walked me through it step by step to secure an attorney in my sons state! CDL traffic ticket with accident. I felt right at home when I first entered and met Hosty, pronounced "Hawsty." If I were convicted of the offense I would have had a DOT preventable accident on my record. That's pretty serious for a truck driver. I did have dashcam evidence which I provided to Hosty. But I didn't have the time or know how to get it properly presented whether pre trial or at trial. I was especially concerned about the AV setup in the courtroom and if this video would get a fair viewing in the event of trial. I would have to had taken time off from work attending and becoming familiar with the proceedings. However, Hosty was able to present the video to the District Attorney pre trial and got the ticket dismissed following some continuations in order to give the DA more time to review the video. I didn't miss any work, and now still have a clean driving record.

The Law Center was great. It was a long road to get to where we are but I’m thankful for everyone’s help and hard work.

After 3 years this attorney's office was able to obtain an approval for me. I am very happy with that but they also submitted a fee petition bc they believed they were entitled to almost $12,000 of my backpay when the max allowable by law is $6000. Which is what the attorney and I discussed. My family and I have been in a financial crisis for quite some time now and have had that compounded by everything being held up bc of this. He added it what he thinks I am going to be getting, which I have no idea even yet, and then tallied up 25% of that. Their is no point of having a "lesser" clause in any law if they are going to allow for anyone to try to obtain an exception to it. He did a great job otherwise. Just pray you don't have to have an ALJ hearing
