the woman on the phone is rude and dismissive.
they have no idea what they are doing, I already had a settlement and I'm due for another settlement. Now I'm being told they can't help me? That's proof enough i had approval and i was diabled before 18 and i have therapists to prove this. unfortunately they wouldn't listen to anything i had to say they just cut me off, and it's whatever they have to say and that's it.
