Randy has been a godsend!! I will never forget our first meeting... he told me I seemed frightened. I told him my ex is very manipulative & cunning. Randy looked me in the eyes & said, “ Well, ma’am... there’s a new sheriff in town now. You’re looking at him!” I knew then that I had found the right guy. Randy proved me right over and over again! Thank you so much, Randy Bumgarner! I don’t know what I would have done without you!!

Randy and his team were very diligent on my case. I did not have one thing to complain about him or anyone else or his pricing. him and I talked about what I wanted he told me not to worry and he got me exactly what I wanted... for them I am grateful.

I'd highly recommend Randy Bumgardner to anyone. I hired Randy about 3 years ago for my divorce and have had to utilize his services several times over the years. You won't find a more honest hard working attorney!! I've referred several people over the years who were pleased as well. Randy is a super attorney and helped me through my toughest times in a divorce, child custody and child support issues. No one plans for a divorce but you need quality representation in court issues, Randy is that. He will give it to you straight, if reconciliation is able, he will push for that, if court or mediation is needed, he informs you of appropriate options. I highly recommend Randy. I was referred to him for a divorce and Randy and Felicia were there for all my questions and handled my divorce in a professional manner all the way. I hired Randy but feel I left with a good friend. He treated me like a family member the entire process and I felt reassured and taken care of the entire time. It is not often that I write reviews, however, I had to write a review for Randy because he literally went above and beyond of what I would ever expect. I went to Randy’s office just over a year ago when I thought the world had crumbled beneath my feet. I spoke to Randy about my situation with tears in my eyes. He told me that he would take care of it and not to worry. I have been to attorneys in the past and heard those exact words, so I was not hopeful. I ended up hiring Randy that day and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I had ever made. Not only did Randy live up to his word but delivered much more than I thought possible. Randy’s professionalism and competence are second to none. He was there at every hearing, made sure every legal paper was filed, and explained everything to me along with options. I not only met an attorney but someone I can honestly say is a friend. I could go on and on about Randy and how great of a person he is. I would highly recommend Randy and his team for any legal issue you may be going through. He won’t let you down.

Randy is a great person and his wife Carol are amazing people. However, when I called his office and asked his paralegal Felicia for things she gave me run around a lot. I felt like she didn’t care, didn’t verify things like the balance in my ex’s 401k. Plus, my ex had paid all of attorney fees but I still had to pay about $900 or so extra. If Randy’s paralegal cared just a little bit then I would made a big difference but she kept pushing me to sign my divorce decree so she could move along to the next person.

I hired Randy about 2-3 years ago for a ongoing divorce issue. I had to fire the previous attorney that I found on Craigslist (huge mistake) but Randy fixed the mess I made by trying to go the really cheap route. He has always been professional, consistent and reliable. He goes above and beyond even when he doesn’t feel the best. I will always use Randy for any of my legal issues. He made me feel extremely comfortable and like he had it all under control and for me not to stress about it because when we were going back and forth to court, I was undergoing chemotherapy. So, it was nice to just relax when it came to my divorce because Randy insured me that he had it all under control. I highly recommend Randy!!

We had a custody case that has been going on for over a year with a different attorney that just kept asking for more money. We decided to switch attorneys and use Randy. It was the best decision we could have possibly made, from him taking this case as his own got us into court within 4 months of hiring him, he listens to all of your comments and concerns and comes up with the best possible solution with us, and makes sure it will work before he does anything.I could not ask for a better team. Between his wonderful paralegal and his wife. His wife answered all of our questions to the best of her ability. Our old attorney was hard to get in contact with and if they could not answer the phone at the time I called, they got back to us same day. I typically don’t leave reviews but I was really impressed with the work and performance in trial. Hopefully we will never need an attorney but if we do we will be using him again.

Well this is part 2 and all I can say is amazing!!!! Randy is the best attorney I have ever seen, my case was a mess nothing was going right and the best decision I ever made was calling this man. He truly saved my case I don’t know how he did it but outside looking in he did it with a smile on his face and I felt relieved from the first time I spoke with him… all you have to do is follow his lead when he tells you to what do, if he gives advice take it!!!! Randy is truly the men’s attorney… I can never thank Randy and his staff enough for what they did for me and my children, even when the man had difficulties of his own not one time did he show it… he gave me the best because that’s what he is the best!!!!

Randy seems very knowledgeable when you first talk to him. The fact is, I paid him a large retainer and when we showed up for our court date, he realized he forgot to file the paperwork. Nothing happened as a result, we had to leave the court room. He did give me part of my money back, but asked that I leave him a good review. I literally paid for nothing, he didn't help my situation at all.
