I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Allison Hart, Attorney at Law. I had the privilege of discussing a legal family matter with Allison Hart during a recent consultation. Without an appointment, she took the time out of her very full and busy schedule to sit down and discuss a legal matter with me, which made things a lot clearer and helped me understand my options. My wife and I consulted Allison during the adoption of our son. Due to the nature of the situation, we had multiple hurdles to cross before the final adoption could be completed. Her previous experience handling the sequence of events that are required and her professionalism in the courtroom made it possible to overcome the normal, and sometimes unique, obstacles. Part of the process involved the termination of parental rights for the absent biological father, adoption by step-parent, and filing a new birth certificate that lists our son's new surname and us as his official parents. Allison's counseling of us through each step and obstacle that we faced, eased our confusion and lessened the stress and questions involved for an otherwise insurmountable task. Her guidance and perseverance turned our struggles and lack of knowledge into a successful adoption; this life event has empowered us and made it possible to move forward into the next step of our lives as an even stronger family.

My husband and I had the worst experience with this attorney. She was unorganized and couldn't remember our case from meeting to meeting. We were charged an obscene amount of money for a modification we ended up dropping. She helped the respondent more than she ever helped us. Do not go to Allison Hart. *In response to Allison. I hired you for my divorce. (The married last name was different.) You also handled my current husbands divorce and child custody modification. In both divorce cases the defendant was better off than either of us. For the child modification we paid monthly for a breathalyzer that you failed to check. We paid a little over $2,000 for nothing about the situation to change and were told if we wanted to continue we would have to pay more. I would say thank you for your time but I am truly not sure how much of it you gave.

She is absoutely amazing!! Allison went above and beyond for me so many times!! I was referred by a friend whom actually had been represented by diffrent councel, but her ex was being represented by Allison!! She was so impressed by her and it did not take me long to see why. She is tough but fair and she is fearless as well as kind & compassionate!
