I had Andrew as my attorney. I had gotten in a wreck where the other party was lying and saying it was my fault even though the Sargent at the scene issues them a ticket. Needless to say, without a vehicle and with the other party's insurance denying liability, I was in a bind. Not only did Andrew drive out to see me to get the ball rolling, but also he was very attentive throughout the whole process. Truly great firm! Very satisfied!

At first I had hired a different lawyer with in a couple of weeks I knew this was not going work out. I called Dan Davis they have been unbelievably helpful and amazing, his legal assistance Kim rocks!

I waited 2 years and was still denied my SSC and they don't even wanna appeal for me Dan Davis is fake a schematic lier do not use him....I am disabled and Dan Davis did nothing to help his commercial is a lie..cause I'm disabled and got denied and they don't want to help me appeal..don't waste your time with them but u will loose...I applied with them in 2017 and they changed the date to 2018.. so I knew then Dan Davis is a lier..I know when I applied..but they not good and absolutely will not fight for u...if u wanna win Dan Davis is not the Man

I would like never recommend Andrew Polchinski to anyone. I consulted due to a auto accident an gave everything he asked for bodily injury claim an was later told to go to small claims. He could have said that weeks ago instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend Dan Davis to anyone if you want to handle Business this is not the law firm to use.
