Kim Mullins is truly awesome even though I know she has hundreds of clients she always makes me feel like I'm her only client

I hired Ryan Polchinski from this firm to represent me in my Work Comp case. Prior to hiring him, I submitted a medical mileage reimbursement claim to the insurance company as I was dealing with them myself. When the reimbursement check didn't arrive in the amount of time they had been arriving, I contacted the adjuster. Because it was about something that was done before I had an attorney, I assumed I would be the one to deal with it. The adjuster and I exchanged heated words. She advised me to "talk to your attorney." I told her, "You talk to my attorney." Shortly afterwards, I received an email from Ryan Polchinski, which I still have, stating that his office was withdrawing from my case and that they WERE NOT filing a lien against any future settlement. They DID file a lien. When I attempted to hire another attorney, that attorney declined to accept my case because of that lien. I contacted Dan Davis' legal assistant Kim Mullins and asked her to remove the lien in light of Ryan Polchinski's email. Kim Mullins told me, even after I explained that the lien was preventing me from hiring a new attorney, that her notes stated they were not taking any money from any settlement but they would only remove the lien at the final disposition of my case. I then invited them back into my case but, they declined. This firm withdrew from my case. The attorney of record stated they were not filing a lien. They did, in fact, file a lien. The lien is preventing me from hiring a new attorney. It's like they feel if they aren't representing me, then they won't allow anyone else to represent me either. Stay away from these guys.

After being in an auto accident, I went to the Law Office of Dan Davis after dealing with an unresponsive insurance company. Bill Johnston was very professional and helpfull in getting a settlement from the insurance company and dealing with all the other issues involved with the accident. I hurt my leg in the Academy and had to go on workman's comp. I know where to start or who to call or who to contact I came across these people on TV commercial. I have previously contacted another attorney who I didn't feel very comfortable with. So I contacted Dan Davis law firm and these people made me feel like they really cared. Everybody from Kim to all those who help and Dan Davis himself I just wanna say thank you for making me feel at home and loved and for your very very quick to respond answering all my questions and handling my case which such awesomeness awareness niceness and confidence. I hope you all are have a very blessed life and if I ever ever I had to file workman's comp again you guys are Soo I would go to. God Bless You all and I Love you all.

Dan Davis Law got us our money. I feel like they are family. When I call I always get to speak to the team. My attorney Ryan kept me updated thru the whole process. Kristen and I spoke a couple of times a week until the settlement happened. The law offices of Dan Davis also got my medical bills reduced or dismissed.
