My legal assistant Kim is the best and if like me you actually have Dan personally handling your case, your definitely going to get the best results with a quickness. He gets it done. I will always refer anyone to these guys in personal injury or work comp cases. Dan is the best!

They barely did any work on my case and had it for over 9 months then they withdrew without fighting for me.....WEAK Never did hardly anything and acted like they actually worked. Dan sent me a letter saying he was coming out of retirement and taking over my case personally...then he CHOOSE TO PLAY GOLF on a vital hearing date and sent an associate Ryan instead who told me the ins. company was only going to pay a small amount on an agreed denial....WITH NO MEDICAL TREATMENT.....and told me he didn't think it wise to take it to trial, because THEY DID NOT WORK ON MY CASE and had no actual details to even win. THEN QUIT ON ME & PUT A LIEN ON MY CASE REALLY ? 😠 I even sent them a written request for all my documents on my case and GOT THE SAME PAPERWORK I GAVE THEM TO START. I even had to get a copy of the deposition taken in their own office from the insurance attorney who also supplied a STACK OF PAPERWORK they compiled showing they were working hard against me. I had to go pro se on my own case as no lawyer would take my case after them and only had about 3 months to try and learn workers comp law before I had a financial meltdown and lost everything I have.....AND LOST 😞 NOW I HAVE AN UNTREATED INJURY and OWE TENS OF THOUSANDS in medical bills 🤕 wish I could give them a ZERO RATING. ZERO ZERO ZERO RATING.... THEY PLAYED GAMES AND ONLY WANT EASY WIN CASES AND DIDN'T WORK LIKE THEY SAY ON TV. -This is why I can slam them and they have NO LEGAL REPLY for slander on me because it's all true 😐😐😐😐 DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM and DONT AIM 😬 I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR REFFER ANYONE
