Lack of communication and updates on case status
“1st thing is this...... this lawyer was terrible about keeping me informed on my case! I made contact with him if I wanted an update. Took over a yr and it really shouldn't have it was just drawn out!”

Confusing fee structure and distribution of settlement
“Last but not least yes a percentage was discussed as to what his cut was but not once did he discuss the fact that only one check would be cut and he would distribute my part his part and .....AND he pays MY hospital and medical insurance company back....... now this is where I'm confused because it's MY bills from MY ACCIDENT that BROKE MY NECK! Shouldn't I be the one responsible for paying them back if I was awarded any type of settlement?”
