Husband’s sentencing was yesterday for four felony counts involving children. He had already plead guilty with a blind plea. We were finally getting closure. NOPE! An HOUR into court we find out Mr. McBride was sick and couldn’t make it. Now it’s been rescheduled for nearly a month away and he’s still free (has been since he was arrested) to possibly reoffend. Shame on you Mr. McBride! I know you are not the only one that works in that office and you could have sent a representative. You may think you are doing your clients a service by letting him be free for a little bit longer but for the rest of us it only increases our pain

Michael Mcbride Was referred by a mutual friend, he kept my retainer fee of $4,800 and never represented me in court cause I decided to go with my divorce attourney and criminal attourney was not needed, so I let Michael know and offerrerd him to pay himself $400 for a wasted trip to Norman to pick up records he never received, he never responded, he never returned my money and never returned phone calls or text. My current attourney suggested send certified letter, did so twice still no response. It’s been A YEAR NOW AND IM NEEDING MONEY MORE THAN EVER FIGHTING FOR CHILD CUSTODY OF MY 3 year old son.
