After losing our case, found out from another attorney Chuck never filed much needed paperwork that would have safe guarded our case plus allot of other things he could have done and didn’t. It was devastating to us. Judgement had outlandish attorney fees from the other side and Chuck never said anything about them. He seems very knowledgeable but didn’t seem like he was into our case like he should have been. Communication wasn’t good either. Lack of returned calls, long email response times etc. Almost seems like he’s burned out.

Chuck has helped myself and many friends and if I were in need of his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to him (or I believe it was his nephew taking over the firm).

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Told $710 court costs, when actually that is $310 in court costs and $400 for him just to file on top of his over $3,000 fee. The trustee has had numerous objections over changing amounts in his fees and other things which I have been told is unusual but Mr. Moss's response to the objections were "it's a typo". Save your money and go to a different attorney.
