I just received an unsolicited, - fear-mongering - email from your firm with the heading, "... your Pay Protection Loan is Denied". This email is FAKE NEWS and sent with the intent to cause me to panic about my business and "trust" Travis Watkins to HELP me with your Business Rescue Program. Because of this fear-mongering tactic, I will NEVER do business with you! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Absolutely despicable. Got a random email from the company after NEVER giving them my email saying that my payroll protection loan has been denied. That loan means the difference between firing employees who are practically family to me or being able to keep them on. That you would use a email saying that for me to call is horrible. DO NOT USE TRAVIS WATKINS. AFTER DOING THIS TO PEOPLE THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS IF I EVER HAVE A TAX PROBLEM.

DO NOT EVER. EVER. USE TRAVIS WATKINS TAX RESOLUTION. THEIR A/R "COLLECTION SPECIALIST" SHANIECE HILL DOES NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND HER JOB AND IGNORES CLIENTS CLEAR COMMUNICATION. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 5 TIMES BETWEEN THIS MONTH AND LAST TO STOP MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS DUE TO NO CHILD SUPPORT COMING IN AND SHE HAS IGNORED ME. TODAY, AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER AGAIN LAST WEEK AND HER TELLING ME SHE TOOK THE AUTOMATIC DRAFT OFF OF MY ACCOUNT, THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN. HER RESPONSE "SORRY, NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT" INSTEAD WHAT SHE DID WAS TELL THE MAN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH THAT I NEEDED AN UPDATE. HE CALLS ME AND SAYS HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND, NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. TO WHICH I REPLY, "EXACTLY". I DON'T NEED AN UPDATE, I NEED SOMEONE ABOVE HER TO EXPLAIN WHAT I'VE BEEN TELLING HER ON THE PHONE AND HAVE EMAILED HER ABOUT, WITH NO RESPONSE. AND HE SAYS, SHE IS IT. NOBODY ABOVE HER. NOTHING HE CAN DO. THEY HAVE PERFORMED NOOOOOOO WORK FOR ME. NONE. ALL THEY HAVE DONE IS TAKE MY VERY HARD EARNED MONEY. I AM NOW SHORT ON RENT AND HAVE NO A/C IN MY CAR. TALK ABOUT DEPLORABLE, UNETHICAL AND FLAT OUT DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES. I HAVE FILED CLAIMS ON ALL PAYMENTS AND WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS WELL. IF MS. HILL WERE A CPA, I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ACCOUNTANCY BOARD AS WELL.

Impossible to deal with. We paid in full and have been waiting nearly a year for resolution. Whenever we call the office we’re told the person we need to speak with is “in a meeting”, every. single. time. IF we ever do get a call back, we get the run around and how they’re waiting to hear back from the IRS. This has been a very frustrating and upsetting experience.

I have some very close friends dealing with personal financial issues. The office of Travis Watkins was recommended to them. They met with them and thought things were going well. They were told that it would all be handled and not to worry, they do this type of work all the time. My friends paid them in advance as was required. BUT the Travis Watkins office are very unethical. They requested and received payment upfront and then did nothing. When asked repeatedly over an entire year they continued to refuse meetings, to provide copies of filings or even updates. Eventually they stated that it could all be cleared up for ‘an additional $2000 payment ‘—this was without any further meetings. My friends found another ethical attorney and cleared up all the issues for 1/2 of what they gave the Travis Watkins office during their first meeting. The Travis Watkins firm is taking advantage of people with real problems and they should be out of business. When my friends went to the Travis Watkins office recently to request copies of their file the office personnel said they were trespassing and would be calling the police. At no time were voices raised or threats made. Travis Watkins just wanted them out of there ASAP. It is amazing me the things people do to others they are being paid to help. DO NOT USE TRAVIS WATKINS FOR ANY SERVICE.

The entire staff really cares about your needs. They treat you with respect and are highly professional. You don't feel like a client you feel like family!

You won't be disappointed!! We dealt with the Tulsa office and they listened to our complex problems, we're highly professional, and cared about our business!!

These guys are really professional and know what they're doing. They charge a set fee (Not an hourly rate) so you know what you're paying from the start (And that the fees aren't going to spiral out of control) The attorney that was working with me resolved my tax issues much quicker than I thought possible.They are worth every penny; I highly recommend.

So far I have had a positive experience. Joey is very personable & explains the process clearly, answers questions patiently, & takes time to 'just visit.' Office staff is friendly as well. That being said, I am at the beginning of this process so the rating does have the potential to go down if the outcome is not pretty. But Joey would have to not show up or agree with the other side for that to happen. I expect the rating to hold.
