Carlos is an excellent attorney. He actually cares for his client and has the knowledge and skills to actually fight for them. I work in the courthouse and see defense counsel sell out their client daily to be friendly with the prosecution or because they are just lazy. Carlos is not one of those. Every defendant deserves Carlos or someone like him to represent them.

I have witnessed Mr. Henry in action and received his advice on a variety of issues. Mr. Henry is literally one of the top attorneys I have ever met. A five-star rating describes Mr. Henry's services very accurately - excellent! He is very adept in the practice of law and gets the best possible outcome out of each case. Facing serious charges from the worst night of my life. Never dealt with criminal justice system, let alone Chickasaw Nation that just started doing significant amount of cases. Mr. Henry was a Chickasaw Nation court expert and seemed to know all the lawyers on both sides of the aisle and all the judges. Almost like a celebrity. We found out later that he is the Chickasaw Nation drug court defense lawyer too. He seemed very busy but kept in touch and most importantly got the felony dismissed and a wonderful no jail misdemeanor....Great Lawyering!

DA offering 3years in jail. Mr. Henry hired, did proper legwork, case dismissed. If that's not 5 star worthy I'm not sure what is. No bull, no vague answers, just tells it like it is. If you want a babysitter he is not the guy. If you want a shark to get your best outcome hire him.

My husband was facing several life sentences and although it was difficult having to be patient Carlos came thru. When I felt like it was over and I would never see my husband again Carlos got him a 20 yr sentence 10 in and 10 out no second page filed and time served. Carlos is hands down the best of the best! One of a kind, no BS, tell you like it is. If you want sugar coating lol you got the wrong guy! I like truth and that's what you are gonna get! I want someone who will put everything they got into getting you the results you deserve and that's what he does! Watching him in the courtroom in action is exciting! You know without a doubt that this man is doing what he was made to do!! I recommend him to anyone! I was sitting in Mabel Bassett women's prison on a 17 yr sentence, hopeless!
