I hired Marcy Fassio to assist with a misdemeanor DUI. They immediately went to work and will work with you financially as well if you need them to unlike most places! This was the only fault I have ever had and yet the DA tried to give me 2 years probation along with community service with zero proof from them that I even did what they claimed! My case was brought down to only 1 yr probation, very minimal court fees and zero community service with a no contest plea. I wanted to plea not guilty, but I refuse to allow a jury to decide my future and face possible jail time over a misdemeanor, so this was the best choice for me. She went over every single option line by line, she made sure I was FULLY aware of what I was signing and agreeing to.
