I hired Brent in Oklahoma City to represent me for a false claim where I was charged with 6 felonies that was said to happen 13 years Previous. I had mental health records and thousands of pages supporting my claim. I hired Brent as I was a veteran also. After a year and 22 thousand dollars Brent quit 3 days before my trial. I served 9 months in prison for something that never happened. Brent makes deals if it favors him. He knows I faced a life sentence on a lie. During the year he represented me in Oklahoma Superior Court and never file any nor submitted any paperwork. I had to hire another attorney to investigate his interactions with the court. He failed his duty and his oath. Do not hire Brent unless you have and endless supply of money.

I highly recommend Mr. Dishman and his staff for legal services across all branches and aspects of military law. From my first contact I experienced prompt and professional service. My e-mails and calls were answered immediately. Payment, terms, and conditions were clearly stated and laid out. They worked on a very flexible payment schedule custom to my situation. After contacting a SHARP advocate and being informed that due to my circumstances my report would clearly identify my assailant regardless of filing a restricted or unrestricted report, I contacted Mr. Dishman. This lawfirm assisted me in numerous ways that would have been over looked if I had accepted a military lawyer. My case was very complex, untraditional, and in some ways unprecedented because I was the first female to graduate from the Guard Officer Leadership Development program. My sexual assault occured while I was in this program but prior to receiving a federal commission through accelerated OCS. Prior to my graduation the program did not keep records. Although the investigation is still open my lawyer guided, advocated, and assisted me in recieving the honorable separation from the military. Mr. Dishman's knowledge and expertise regarding the military justice system are unparalleled. He was a true advocate for justice and did not allow the military to coerce me with empty threats which did not apply to service members in my military status! Thanks to this office I was able to professionally stand my ground and confidently fight for my rights. I am very satisfied with my results.

It is rare these days to find a brilliant, legal mind, a deeply, compassionate heart, and an unwavering commitment to the truth in an attorney these days. If you want someone with integrity and who will go to bat for you despite the odds, Brent Dishman is that kind of attorney. I had a very complex case that went before the AFBCMR that had no guarantee of a positive outcome, but Mr. Dishman believed in the justness of my case. He argued it brilliantly and relentlessly, even going so far as representing me before members of the U.S. Senate in an attempt to right a wrong. Because of the unending bureaucracy in D.C., this fight is not yet over; but that has not stopped him from continuing to fight to right an injustice that was done to me by the Air Force many years ago. Brent is without question honest, genuine, compassionate, and caring. He is not an attorney who is in it "just for the money". He cares about justice for his clients.

Mr. Dishman assisted me with charges against me of abusive sexual contact and indecent exposure. I am a LCDR (O4) in the US Navy and was falsely accused of abusive sexual contact and indecent exposure; along with those charges the Navy attempted to add fraternization, drunk and disorderly conduct and conduct unbecoming of an officer. The Navy’s first attempt to punish me was to accept a Captains Mast. Mr. Dishman reviewed the investigation and suggested we request a court martial. The Navy then offered a discharge under honorable conditions and again Mr. Dishman requested a court martial. The Navy then admitted it did not have evidence for a court martial and forced a Board of Inquiry. The result of the Board of Inquiry was me being retained in the Navy with no UCMJ actions or letters of reprimand against me. I highly recommend Mr. Dishman to represent you in any military legal matter.

Mr. Dishman assisted me with a civil matter when my employer did not return me to my previously employed position after being activated in the US Navy. I am in the US Navy Reserves and was activated for six month orders. Upon returning to my expected civilian job when my orders were complete the company did not return me to my previous position. The company did employ me on a part time basis, but that does not meet the USERRA requirement of returning me to my previous position. Mr. DIshman was able to settle with the corporation. Mr. Dishman’s representation for matters concerning the Department of Labor and USERRA violations was fantastic and I would hire him again.

I contacted Brent after he came highly recommended by another lawyer. I was served a wrongful LOR and after the ADC was not successful, I needed a civilian lawyer with a military background to help me fight it. He was knowledgeable and helped me prepare and draft an ART 138 that later resulted in my LOR being rescinded by a general officer. I am extremely thankful and I'm not sure this would have been possible without his assistance.

Brent is an absolutle terrific attorney. We are currently working on a Medal on Honor case, which Medal of Honor was wrongfully denied a Civil War veteran back in the year 1897. Brent has been extremely responsive, deals with me first hand, digs in an gets things done, and applies his instutional knowledge and experience, having been an insider at one time. The only reason I have rated him just a good in knowledgable, is that we are plowing new ground here in this unique case, and we are all learning some as we go. What we are attempting here, to correct the hisitorical record and an incorrect decison rendered by a Secretary of War back in the year 1897, has never been done before. Bottom line, I could not recommend more highly Brent Dishman, as he will devote his heart and soul a case, like he is doing for mine. He is extremely personable and friendly when dealing with his clients.

i am a reserve military police officer and a civilian police officer. Mr. Dishman represented me throughout an Army CID Investigation where I was wrongfully accused of a UCMJ Charge which could of potentially ruined my military and civilian career or worse incarceration. Mr. Dishman remained in constant contact throughout this year long investigation and was always available through phone, text message, or email for questions or concerns without additional fees. Mr. Dishman was able to advise appropriately and talk to the right people to stop this before it even went to a 32 hearing. Definitely recommend him.
