I submitted my ticket twice through an app driver pulse which they control and they waited 10 days before they called to tell me they didn’t receive my ticket and they would charge a blow out fee and that the court is asking a $200 bond fee. When I called the court they said they didn’t need that. So I scheduled a court date on my own for free with no bond fee. This place is a complete scam and they run on a script in court and with the customers.

The worst company.. I did my due diligence and got a call from my company saying my CDL has been suspended. Never got a call or notice from anyone. They kept telling me to check back for case updates every 3-4 weeks but I did it every 2-3 weeks. How did I get a fta? I paid you and your team to represent me. Go somewhere else drivers. Don't risk it here.

If you hold a CDL i highly recommend this company for helping find lawyers to help you fight tickets and keep those points off your record. Had to use 2x in 6+ years and always gave me good results. Wouldnt drive OTR without the Drivers Legal Plan having my back! Also its a subscription service so dont call them hoping to get help from a ticket you received prior before enrolling.
