I work as a professor at OSU and had an unexpected issue with my H-1B visa extension. OSU hired Stump & Associates, P.C. to handle my case. They immediately scheduled a meeting with everybody involved, quickly figured out a plan foward, and started filing everything for me. Overall, from the moment I discovered my visa issue, it took less than 6 weeks to hear back from USCIS with the good news that my H-1B extension was approved. During this frustrating time, the Stump team (especially Hailey) showed great professionalism and compassion by making sure that all my emails got responded within a few hours. Their timely responses were pivotal to calming me down and to the success of my case.
