More concerned with getting your money than actually providing help and assistance. Questionable business practices and misleading support. If I had to do it over again, I would choose a different firm.

I was very disappointed with the limited support considering how much they charged in fees. I also had to fix mistakes on the forms they were going to submit.

My sister has been waiting for more than three years for a call back from someone in charge of her case. More than three years, she paid in advance for services she never received. Went in person to ask information regarding her case and all she got was rude comments and laughs coming from your receptionists/ assistants. She tried to schedule an appointment to see Mr. Stump and she was denied and was asked to call back to check availability. My sister called back and was sent straight to voicemail.

They are amazing! We used this law office to apply for my mothers her green card and it got accepted and processed so fast, they were so helpful from the receptionist, the assistant that helped us, Mayra, and of course the lawyer.
