I met with Mr.Stump he walked me through the case. I had difficulty finding an attorney who would take on my family’s immigration matter. I had met with five other attorneys but no one could take my family’s case. I received great legal advice and the law firm assisted with obtaining my green card despite USCIS requesting more evidence. I’m extremely happy to have my green Card. Pésimo servicio, desde el comienzo al llenar mi I-130 se equivocaron en llenarla más de 5 veces, la atención siempre era descuidada, nunca tenían mi información correcta a la mano, cuando me llamaban (asesores Joseph Randall y Yessenia Nazario) está última de una actitud grosera y prepotente, cuando le pedí que me aclarara mis dudas llegó al grado de decirme que solo le daría la información directamente a mi esposo quien les pagó. Al llenar la DS260 aún teniendo toda la documentación e información en sus manos la llenaron mal, pusieron en mi dirección literal "de acuerdo" , mi número de pasaporte "no lo recuerdo", fechas de nacimiento incorrectas y no colocaron todas mis entradas legales. En mi cita tuve que ir estresada a mencionar todo esto ya que no se podía corregir, me dieron un castigo y al pedir asesoría solo querían cobrarme más dinero, decidí dejar de lado su servicio incompetente a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado 6mil dólares y resolver mi situación yo misma (soy una persona preparada aunque no en materia migratoria). Para resumir, mi cita cuando me castigaron y no correspondía el castigo fue en 6 de Noviembre de 2023 y después de eso jamás me volvieron a hablar para absolutamente nada, yo me dedique a resolver mi caso y hoy 2024 tengo mi caso resuelto y arreglado con éxito gracias a mí. No sé los recomiendo, no vale la pena en gastar dinero en unas personas que no se comprometen a brindar un servicio de calidad y sin errores (por lo menos al llenar los formatos ) y que cuando les haces ver sus errores solo se molestan y te amenazan con cancelar el servicio y perder tu dinero. Jamás se disculparon por todos los formatos mal llenados, que por eso los contratamos porque tenía miedo de equivocarme si lo hacía yo misma.

Les recomiendo a este abogado xq la verdad ninguno como el y sobre todo sus secretarias
