Sherri Carver is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable with tax law - federal and state. I am a real person doing a review! Her tax expertise combined with kindness, empathy and her nonjudgemental demeanor put my mind at ease immediately. I was being garnished by OTC. Sherri has working professional relationships with OTC. In less than 7 days after I submitted the documents to OTC, my garnishment was stopped! Every now and then you find yourself in a situation that is totally outside your wheelhouse and you need to take a leap of faith and hire a professional. Sherri Carver was my leap of faith. Sherri has been the ultimate professional. Never judgmental regarding how I got into this position and understanding from the onset that I would never be able to just write a check to the government to pay off this mountain of debt! She made it clear from the onset to each taxing authority that we would need to seek a payment plan for successful resolution to this case. From the moment she took my case the debt collection calls ceased. The stress levels went down almost immediately. Sherri Carver is absolutely a wonderful attorney. She's honest about what to expect from the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I shopped around quite a bit as a I had a lingering tax issue that needed proper representation. With the pandemic and the considerable changes and fluctuations that the state government has made, it was helpful to have a steady reassuring hand to make sure that the issue was resolved in a fair and equitable manner. I can't recommend her enough. She met me at the commission meeting and escorted me through the process from beginning to end. A intelligent and personable lady. You can do no better.

Would not help sort out an issue with OkTaxComm because I didn't owe enough taxes. I didn't need help negotiating back taxes. I have an issue with OKTaxComm that I cannot resolve without representation. Is that not their job? Rant over....
