Marty Martin is an excellent attorney. He was there during a hard time and took care of all of our legal needs. He is an expert in his field who communicated well and handled everything so professionally step by step, so we did not have to worry over the process. He certainly lifted our load, as we could feel confident that he knew the legalities and followed the law in an excellent manner. His relationship with authorities was always impressive. I rate him 3 because he got our bankruptcy filed which was the ultimate goal. We had one huge concern going into the bankruptcy and that was to protect a co-debtor in our chapter 13 reorganization plan. He assured us that my co-debtor would be protected under the automatic stay. Naive and desperate, we believed him and continued with the bankruptcy. Now here we are a year later and that couldn't have been farther from the truth. Marty stated that it was a conflict of interest to represent my co-debtor (which I understood respectfully) but when asked who I should contact he said he did not know of anyone who could handle "FDCPA claims". With my co-debtor being financially impacted in a BIG way we desperately decided to seek out a second opinion from another well known bankruptcy attorney in the area. Low and behold, we were told that this entire situation could have been avoided and my co-debtor would have been fully protected had he placed this creditor in a special category and paid them interest in our monthly plan payment. We also have a STRONG case to sue for punitive damages and attorney fees. I understand that our bankruptcy case was not simple. Marty did respond to my emails in a decent amount of time and he did answer my questions (not always to the extent that I wanted but I generally received a response). I wish him and his business the best and I write this review simply so others can make an informed choice based on other's experiences. Take this only as my experience and my opinion.

Mr Martin is amazing. He was and is still very helpful. Always willing to answer questions. I would definitely recommend his services.
