It was a very easy process. I wish i had done this two years ago. Instead i tried to borrow my way out of debt and end up owing more. Best thing to do is stop borrowing and let Mr Martin analyze your financial situation and figure out a bankruptcy program for you. Mr Martin asked me a few questions and decided which route i should take. He then asked me for all the documents needed. Then he filed the necessary paperwork for me. We appeared in a 5 minute hearing and then it was over and done. A second chance at life. It’s that easy.
