Mr. Ryan was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He helped to make the process less stressful and presented my case with ease and efficiency. I would highly recommend this law firm and Mr. Ryan for any of your legal needs.

Mr. Simons handled my case with the upmost importance and the legal staff (Roxane, Sandra, and Debra) took care of my needs from day one. Roxane was especially helpful and took care of every question I had. Sandra helped explain some of the legal issues when they arose and Debra took care of the mileage checks even when the other side dragged their feet.

If you are looking for a firm that has unconditional concerning for the clients they represent, or looking for a firm that will contact your doctor's or ensure that your paperwork is being sent in a timely fashion or even contacting disability on your behalf, then you might want to pass on this firm. They have shown no concern what so ever. They didn't even have my disability case workers name or extension. The support staff, after being asked "what are you doing for this 25 percent of "MY MONEY" got upset and hung up the phone. Understand they work for YOU!! Is this how you would like to be treated? The longer it takes, the more money they receive. The clients should always be treated with compassion. I have investigated my case with doctors and my case worker and have not found one contact from this firm. Disabiled individuals should not have the added stress of wondering who is doing something on my behalf. But the longer it takes, the more money they get. Hmm , I guess that is one heck of a motivating factor not to do anything for the people that pay them. With everything that is going on, someone needs to care. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!!!!!!! I'm going to talk to everyone I can. ItsI not fair to take advantage of people. God has given me a voice and I'm gonna use it on this firm..

0 Stars was not an option.. wouldn't even give them a half a star. THEY ARE CROOKS! LIARS! LAZY! AND DOWNRIGHT GREEDY!!! My recommendation would be to never use them for anything! THEY'LL SELL YOU OUT TO THE OTHER SIDE IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT!

When I first called, my attorney was knowledgeable and took all information about my case and quickly scheduled a meeting. From there everything went much smoother than I anticipated. It was top notch from start to finish and went much quicker than I thought it would.

Phillip Ryan put my mind at ease because I was nervous about the whole process. Anytime I called the law office or went to the law office I felt welcome I was greeted with a smile and everyone was very polite. Mr. Ryan answered questions that I had and even those that I didn’t think of. He always told me if I thought of anything once the conversation was over or a couple days later just give him a call and he will answer all of my questions. He explained the whole process to me as far as what was gonna happen and he was right on the mark. I would most definitely recommend RBR. Thank you so much Phil Ryan

I would leave a 0 star if could. Court was good . Support b4 and after was real bad . And updates and information that I was given didn’t add up . It was like nobody checked the file ? Or was lied to according to email replies I still have . My two cents. You said first in history of firm . I went Thur your reviews and I did find one. I emailed your office the first of December and asked about it. I was informed the paperwork that needed to be sent over had been done . Only to find out it got sent over that day or next day . It makes me think was all the right paperwork sent over to start appeal . That is why I drove to ou to get medical records and dropped them off at your office. My concern is being told something then being told something different. After maybe looking stuff up . And no one has called me except legal assistance except after order has wrote. Did any one ask me why I not satisfied? Anyone ask what information might be misleading or wrong ? No one ask and now 1 star history ever and in your reviews is another 1 star .
