Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Weeks went by, then month and now here we are 4 years later they have done nothing but make our nightmare worse! Their communication is horrendous! I cannot tell you how many people for the OKC office we have been called through. They never call you back and/or takes days to return an email with absolutely no news and never any good news.”
