Dustin is AMAZING!!!! My whole family and I LOVE him. I call him Lifesaver or "LS" for short. He is so good, work so very hard, and always answers your texts and calls right away. His prices are more than fair, and his ethics are top-notch. WHY on earth would ANYONE want to go ANYWHERE ELSE for an attorney? Dustin Phillips is so AWESOME that you are going to WANT to get charged with a serious crime or two, just so he can represent you in court. That's how good he is. Mic drop. :) <3

It is my pleasure to write this review of the wonderful lawyer, Mr. Dustin Phillips. My family was recently in need of a criminal lawyer for a member who was unjustly charged with a crime. We were very blessed to have been referred to Dustin. Not only is he brilliant in criminal law, he took a personal interest and never gave up or even charged more than originally agreed upon, though the experience was extended over and over by the district attorney. Dustin simply would not relinquish his desire and effort to completely clear my family member from this unfair charge, which was dismissed. If you ever have the need for a criminal lawyer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Dustin Phillips. You simply could not make a better choice. I will always be grateful for his outstanding legal counsel and for the unyielding kindness and support he gave to us. 5 STARS (out of 5 stars)

Mr. Phillips is extraordinary and I do not exaggerate. Dustin was my second attorney. The first one was telling me what he believed I wanted to hear while having one hand out taking my checks. I was in horrible distress and I felt as if I was being sold a clunker of a car. I do not easily fire individuals but I came to the conclusion that I had no choice if I was to be represented well. I have a board certified license, have an agency that has a board certified license and have a profession that would terminate my employment for “conduct unbecoming”. Everything I had worked for so diligently for years was on the line. I would have lost it all had I not had the courage to terminate my contract with my previous attorney. Dustin is extremely intelligent, prompt, professional, and courteous. He went above and beyond what I had expected. I cannot emphasise how impressed I was with Dustin. He saved my career and my earning power. That is no small thing. I am 50 something and had two days of finding my way to the bottom of a bottle…Love lost and all that. I paid significant consequences and then some. I now sleep with lights on whereas I did not prior. Dustin did not judge. I have been given a legal “second chance”, I am grateful. In my profession it has occurred to me many times over “there but for the grace…”On some level Dusting “gets” this. I owe my future to him.

Dustin is the man, he recently helped me on a case the was in pre-filing stages with local law enforcement. I was contacted by a detective regarding a situation that arose with one of my ex girlfriends from the past. She left me a msg asking to return her call and answer some questions so we could move forward. I immediately new that this would be the worst thing to do is answer any questions. I called the detective back told her i wouldn't be answering any questions and that my lawyer would be contacted her. I then contacted Dustin via his website and I was talking to him on the phone in less than 30 minutes. Great guy, very intelligent and will answer any questions you have promptly and professionally. I recommend his great service to anyone in need of a good criminal defense lawyer. My case was never sent to DA or formal charges ever filed. Dustin was able to talk to detective an get info about the case which led to a positive result of my name being cleared within a few days!! Thanks again Dustin you the MAN!!

Dustin helped me out when my 22 year old son was caught with illegal drugs by the Highway Patrol. He kept us informed through out the ordeal and was very knowledgeable about how the case would unfold. We had a very good experience using Mr. Phillips. Thanks again.

I hired Dustin Phillips in 2010 to handle a criminal case and I was on a suspended sentence already that could have resulted in prison time. Mr. Phillips was able to negotiate with the DA and kept me from going to prison. He has also handled other criminal cases for me and they were dismissed. I would highly recommend hiring Dustin Phillips in ANY and ALL crimimal cases.

I was very happy with his representation. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I'll hire him for sure.

I have dealt with many lawyers before. I haven't met one like Mr. Phillips. He was almost always available to answer my questions and when he wasn't, I got a call back directly from him within a few hours. He knew exactly what he was talking about and wasn't afraid to tell me exactly what to expect.

Mr. Phillips defended me on a DUI/drug possession case this past year. While not my first DUI, it was my first drug conviction. Mr. Phillips made a rather terrifying ordeal relatively painless, considering--I received a deferred sentence and even got to keep my driver's license. He was great at keeping me informed about the progress of my case and always returned my calls. He also was more than happy to answer any of my many questions. I would definitely recommend Mr. Phillips to anyone and everyone; he certainly worked wonders for my case, salvaging both my freedom and my career in the process. You really can't find a better attorney.
