Roe Simmons is a top notch attorney. He will go the extra mile for his clients. He has been a huge help to my family. He is honest and fair. He has never let us down. I am truly grateful for him.

At the beginning I did my research on Roe Simmons, before hiring him as my attorney and he seemed like he was very top notch. When I came to him as a client I was so nervous and scared I had no idea what I was up against. He was doing good job and got me to where I could see my daughter supervised up until I didn’t feel like he was treating me as client anymore, he didn’t really give me a chance to speak my side of things, he listened to everyone else over me, and he didn’t really keep me updated at all. Also made me feel like it was all my fault which it’s not true. I wouldn’t recommend him. He is rude, not communicative, and doesn’t give the chance to explain your side of things. I don’t feel like I was treated fairly and I wasn’t being heard as well.

Was trying to get details on adult guardianship or power of attorney from this guy totally rude, not even on the phone for four minutes and skimming through what to do and how to get the documents done and it's like no Help at all

I called him for a consult and I barely had a chance to get a word in. I didn't say what I was trying to do before he interrupted me saying he can't do anything for me. Trust me guy there IS still work to be done if you just listen to what direction I want to take and what concerns I have about my children.

Attorney Roe is amazing. I have spent all day on the phone with attorneys in the area looking for legal advise on a very complex jurisdiction case. Roe is the first attorney who didn't just tell me everything I wanted to hear. He was direct, honest and explained the problems in my case that I didn't understand. The time he spent on the phone with me regarding my case is priceless, and while he advised me to take a different avenue that would involve out of state representation, you know this is a great attorney who cares as he was willing to turn down a paycheck to point me in the right direction. I have had 4 attorney offices today tell me to come pay them a retainer and they can have my case handled quick but were not even willing to talk to me on the phone to see if my complicated case is even something they legally know how to handle. I cannot begin to say enough good things about my brief experience with Roe but I will say that if he was willing to help me as much as he did without me even being his client I can only imagine what he will do when he represents you.
