The office of Michael Risley handled my case superbly. Even if the Judgment had not turned out positive for me I would be saying the same thing because of their proficiency, professionalism, and cordiality. It was always easy to get hold of Kurt Hubble, he answered all of my questions even if they might have been small ones, and he even called me a number of times to keep me informed of things. Everything was done exactly as it was explained to me and everything was mailed to me on time. Michael Risley even called me twice to check how things were going. I've never had such a good experience with any lawyer's office.

I hired Michael's firm after reading quite a few positive reviews, did some research and decided that he was the best choice. I was possibly looking at another 10 years before even being consider for a pardon (as far as I understood). I was able to talk to Michael personally, and he informed me I was definitely a qualified candidate. To my surprise, I jumped on this quickly. I live out of state now and it was in credibly easy working with them. Brea, whom handled my case was on the ball at all times. She kept me informed, called me with updates, was always there to answer any questions and concerns. She was spectacular. I can not thank them enough for the work they did to better my life. I read the reviews and I had high expectations of this firm to handle a case for my son. To say that I was unimpressed with the performance of the attorneys is putting it lightly. Absolutely would not recommend. My ex husband paid your company $2500 for work on a pardon. No one ever bothered to ask me my name. My son is from another marriage. I didn't realize that was important. I do recall we worked with someone named Natalie. I know that when all was said and done, there was no pardon to be found. I don't know who Annie Waters or Ricky are, but I feel bad for them as you dragged them through the mud with your response.

Michael Risley's firm quickly responded to any of my emails and kept me in the loop with the status of my case. My expungement was successfully completed within 90 days and was effortless on my part once I hired his firm. I had a very easy and comfortable experience having my case resolved.

If you are wanting to file for a pardon Michael Risley is the attorney you want to hire. The application that has to be filled out and filed is overwhelming, you want Michael and his staff doing this for you. I knew going in after my consult I had a 50/50 chance because of an old case (over 20 years old) that was considered violent. I am happy to report I received my pardon!!!
