I had to do most of contact for information. I did get call back most times within 48 hrs. I have not received my settlement amount or billing from Parmele as of yet. When I complete the final stages I will write a full review. I am very appreciative of the assistance from Parmele in wading through all the legalities that is required to get disability approval.
