Bless their hearts. They did what they know how to do. They expect, as everyone dealing with vulnerable populations expects, that everyone will sit idly by while THEY WAIT! I picked up a phone, because they had carried me on paper work, encouragement, after I had told then to drop it, at least twice. However, they dropped the ball after maxing out on what they could legally get paid. Fine. Until 2 canceled hearings, a verbal approval to my atty, to me, and a year later, no word from anybody. I called the hearings office myself, since A. Burrows was either out of her office or patronizing me. Called twice, as a matter of fact! Finally got a hold of the director, who sent me through to our commissioner, who sent me through to our congressman, because this judge has earned a reputation for negligence on his cases. Found out there has been an investigation, on this judge, and they are moving on him next week. Why? Oh why, did my atty not know that?? Being as they have several cases pending with said judge (if you are waiting on TB stop it! Call your congressman, they are moving on him next week, and Parmele is far too superior, ignorant, already maxed pay, or lazy, to challenge the system!). Other reps have, and now clients have. Parmele is great for the ABC's, but dare they have to advocate...GOD No! You can just wait! Yeah they're great for half the job. You want something done? be ready to pay them and let them go. You have to get them out of your way...unless you choose to wait. Good luck with that. I am not about it! And, I know more than their simple ABC's! Reluctantly, but necessarily. Lazy? Incompetent? Who cares! Did not do their job so far as I can see...being as I am still doing their job for me!! And sorry to say, you are probably still waiting...makes you wonder...who are the working for? They had no clue and if they did, not just me, but every state rep I talked was wondering why they hadn't moved on it. Hmmm...Great for paperwork...I suggest you just hire a secretary!
