I was stuck in a sticky situation where a driver with no insurance driving a newer truck and another driver behind him in a car who thankfully had insurance where able to rear end me. Both the different drivers where able to convince the police I was at fault when I was switching lanes on the highway. I knew I wasn't but then my insurance showed I was at fault and then the medical bills started showing up from the other two drivers to my place. They even wanted me to pay for the truck and car. I was getting phone calls for months-daily, and then I saw the letter Joshua I. Peach sent me and I gave him a call met him that day sat down talked for about 10 minutes and he assured me everything would be fine, and he was right. The calls stopped and the medical bills stop coming in and then he gave me a call with great news saying he had a settlement and both the other drivers where placed at fault and I'm zero percent at fault! If you need help this is the place you need to go

Every person on staff has been tremendously friendly and helpful. I never felt pestered about anything and I was kept up to date on any changes with my case. They worked hard on getting me a number where I could feel comfortable and like we got me back to where I was before my accident. I highly recommend this law firm!
